    Case Study: In Service to Church and God -


    Client Profile:
    The Divine Mercy Polish National Catholic Church approached us to create and implement a social media strategy to increase attendance at mass and other church events.  It is a small church of less than 200 parishioners.  Currently, mass and other events are attended by Spanish speaking and English speaking members.  Masses are held a few times each day in both languages. The majority of attendees and members are Spanish speaking.

    Challenge:
    Divine Mercy PNCC is struggling to maintain it's membership after losing a prominent priest who had many faithful followers.  The priest left Divine Mercy and was eventually left the church entirely. The goal was to increase awareness that the church is still open with mass every day.  The church engaged our consulting services to create a social media strategy across both Facebook and Instagram.  Everything was to be delivered in both English and Spanish.  And they needed it on a budget. 

    Service:
    We gave the church a 50% discount from our usual fees for the scope of work they had requested.  After a couple of months, the church asked to break the contract because they didn't have room in their budget for hiring an outside vendor.  We didn't skip a beat before reducing our fees to zero and we continued to work with the church on membership growth strategy, traditional marketing, and social media marketing.
