    Client Profile:
    ArcaRays is a fitness/rehab product line company that wants to increase visitors to their website, in hopes of converting them to paying customers.  Their first and main product is a set of arched paddles.  Standing on these arched paddles forces the muscles in the core and lower body to balance and support the body.  It is a portable, quick, and effective exercise.  
    ArcaRays Customer Segmentation: athletes for performance enhancement, busy moms for convenient workouts, and elderly for fall prevention.  


    Challenge:
    ArcaRays faced challenges getting the right message to the right audience.  Despite the potential benefits of their product, ArcaRays struggled with market penetration due to budget constraints. ArcaRays wanted to explore strategies to increase sales without significant marketing expenditures.


    Scope of Engagement:
    Our Marketing Strategy & Execution service was tailored to address ArcaRays' specific challenges:

    1. Customer Segmentation Exercise: Conducted in-depth analysis to identify the most lucrative customer segments with the highest potential to convert.
    2. Online Marketing Strategy: Developed a targeted online marketing strategy and content for identified customer segments, focusing on educational content to move the audience along the "5 Stages of Awareness" model.
    3. Social Media Management: Took charge of ArcaRays' social media profiles, creating engaging and informative content to build brand credibility and engage with the audience.


    Recommendation:
    A solid social media strategy and frequent posting can get more visitors to a client's website.  Then the client needs to be confident that when the potential customer visits the website, the site is designed with a landing page that guides the visitor along a frictionless path to the desired outcome (e.g., purchase).

    In other words, social media marketing can increase traffic to a website, and even educate them along the way, increasing their awareness of a product or service, but the website must be able to close the deal.
